Frank Clifford Timmons














Bell Jamie Williams Bell, age 57, of Upper Arlington, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on Thursday, August 21, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd W. and Trudy Bell, sister Beverly Benua, and brothers David Bell and John Gerlach. Jamie was currently working as Chairman of the Board with Floyd Bell, Inc. He previously was an Associate Professor of History at Chadron State College where he authored a book entitled "Born a Rebel, The Life and Times of Nebraska Cattleman Charles Franklin Coffee". Jamie will be forever remembered by his loving companion and caretaker, Darla Brewer; beloved children, Zachary Floyd Bell and Mariah Mae (Dolly) Bell, and their mother, Lesa; and many nieces and nephews. His family cherishes the memories of his faithful love for all. Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, August 25, 2014 at First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Blvd., Columbus, where family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until time service. Interment Union Cemetery. Contributions may be made to PKD Foundation, OSU Kidney Transplant, or to Chadron State College (History Dept.).  Frank Clifford Timmons died peacefully on May 11, 2023, at StoryPoint surrounded by family.

Born April 2, 1957, Frank graduated from Upper Arlington High School, with the love of his life, Terry. He attended the University of Rio Grande in Business. For 35 years he was Senior Administrator at Lincoln Financial Advisors and a realtor at Apple Realty.

Frank was a featured soloist for many years in Vaud Villities, serving as President, and sang in Vocal Spotlight and as cantor at St. Patrick Church. Named Outstanding Alumnus by Upper Arlington Alumni Association, (President), UA Historical Society (President) and UA Alumni Choir. Frank is a member of First Community Church and the Chancel Choir.

Frank was preceded in death by wife of 39 years, Terry Nentwich Timmons, and parents, Frank and Betty Irwin Timmons and sister, Elizabeth (Libby) Timmons. Survived by daughter, Jordan Timmons Savage (Benjamin), and grandchildren Xander, Joseph, Isabella and Linkin, brother Ned Timmons (Marti), sister, Darrel Timmons Ivy (Richard), brother-in law Larry Nentwich (Phyllis), many nieces and nephews.

A service of memory will be held on Friday, May 19 at 4:00 pm at First community Church, 3777 Dublin Road, Hilliard. Rev. Mary Kate Buchanan officiating.

A private entombment will be at Union Cemetery.
