Doggett Scott Bradford Doggett, age 58, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away
unexpectedly Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Scott was a 1975 graduate of
Upper Arlington High School, and a 1979 graduate of The Ohio State
University, where he was a goalie for the varsity hockey team. After
graduation, Scott lived in Columbus, Ohio, and built his business in
material handling sales. His passions included playing hockey on the
Over Forty League Hockey team at the Dublin Chiller, fishing, and golf.
Scott was a nature enthusiast with a particular love of animals, as
demonstrated by his fondness in recent years for painting pets and
wildlife. Scott was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Carolyn,
and his brother Tee. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years,
Barbara; his beloved daughters, Holly (Robby) Zastudil and Hannah; his
brother, Tyler; as well as extended family and many special friends.
Family will receive friends to celebrate Scott's life from 11 a.m.-1
p.m. SATURDAY, February 21, 2015, at RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME AT POWELL,
450 W. Olentangy St. (Powell Rd./St. Rt. 750/1/4 mile east of Sawmill
Pkwy.), Powell, Ohio, where a Memorial Service will immediately follow
visitation at 1 p.m. Scott was a kind, compassionate soul that will be
